Title: Can you answer my Strange question?

The Question Is

If you have electrical current flowing through a wire that means that electrons are flowing through the wire.  The moving electrons produce a magnetic field around that wire.

With that said, I need you to Imagine for a moment a conductive ring like this one which has a current flowing through it clockwise.

lets just say that the ring is "super conductive" and the current flows around the ring without resistance so the electrons wont loose energy as they flow around and round the ring.

Lets say the electrons are moving at 0.025 cm/sec in a clockwise direction  BUT you physically spin the ring counterclockwise so that relative to you the electrons are not moving at all.

What happens to the magnetic field? if the electrons are not "technically" moving from your perspective does that mean you get an electric field?

With that said imagine a superconductive electro-magnet carrying countless amps to produce like 10 teslas of magnetic field with the current flowing clockwise.  Next you spin the electro-magnet counterclockwise to stop the flow relative to you what would happen to all that field energy? would all that magnetic field be converted into an electric field? or perhaps a gravitational field?

I came upon this question when studying the Podkletnov experiments, were he spins a superconductor ring to "allegedly" produce a gravitational field.  I thought that by spinning a superconductive ring like that you would come upon the question I presented above.

No. This is something I studied a while back as part of something greater. My work is part of the work here

While the electrons are not moving the charge density of electrons remains the same as does the lattice work of the lattice of positive ions so that the net charge density is zero and therefore there is zero charge density and therefore zero electric field.

That link you gave me started out simple enough but turned into pure math towards the end and I could barely follow.

But I guess I got my answer.  I Face palmed when I realized that the charge density didn't change, how could it, its not like the rig got more electrons out of no were.

But as for the Podkletnov experiments, do you think that this sort of thing is what's behind the so called anti gravity effect? or do you think that the experiments are legitimate given your expert opinion?

I do like that page. It is one thing I had never really thought about but is actually quite elegant when you look at the solution.

Thanks. It took a lot of time and a great deal of thinking to solve it over many years. In fact, that's how I got to meet Alan Guth. He helped me solve it by confirming my solution.
