Looks highly dodgy to me...

It's not like the brochure ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zhangye_National_Geopark
-
A lot might depend on the condition of the light at the time. I have a slide of a Scottish Loch; very few people who see it believe it was really that colour, but it was, on that occasion, and for less than an hour. It was taken in the days before Photoshop!

Subjective Answer - Yes they are Real.
" The mountains are part of the Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park in China. Layers of different colored sandstone and minerals were pressed together over 24 million years and then buckled up by tectonic plates, according to the Telegraph. “

Technically this isn't Incorrect.
" While the photos are certainly incredible, there could be some slight photo manipulation going on to make the colors pop a bit more than they would naturally. This Flickr photo could be a more accurate representation, but still, the mountains are amazing. "

Logically if the Member knew these Rainbow Mountains are for Real but the Image is enhanced through computer generated graphics then their answer is Correct.
But if they thought this just can't be real at all n is simply an artistic representation of imagination, then their optional answer would be incorrect.
P.S. - Happy judging thy self.

So, the evidence suggests that the mountains are real, but those colours are not (because they are "enhanced".
If we take the word "photoshop" to refer to any sort of image editing software then the best answer is that they are photoshopped.
And yet that's the answer trailing in the poll.
Says a lot for democracy.

On our analogue HELL300 scanners this was the effect you got if overdone the knob twiddling the original started out pretty colourful but it was manipulated to much
-
This image is clearly digitally manipulated- China is much too far away to see these mountains otherwise.

LOL! All u fellows. 😝

P.S. - I see a few debatable comments, also have little spare time at hand. ⌚
There's a handy quote which says " never ever debate with a fool, cause the fool will first drag u down to its level and eventually beat u at it ". 💪
So...now that I have warned u in advance, lemme know if any of u would still wanna debate. 👺
I wonder why didn't anybody choose the last option, cause to me now that seems the most relevant answer.
👊
