Title: Do you know this flowering plant?

Walking through our woods I've come across this plant although rarely.
It has no foliage, just this stalk and spiral cluster of flowers.
I'm in the Southeastern US, Northern Georgia specifically.

Found it.
Spiranthes lacera var. gracilis
It's a type of orchid.
