We have a project in school about Bdellovibrio
paracites and we need some help. We want to
experiment about the process on how to kill E.Coli
on water with the use of the Bdellovibrio. Can you
tell us how to do it? If we have for example a
liter of water positive with E.coli, and we already
cultured a Bdellovibrio, what are the steps that we
are going to do to make the liter of water potable?
Are we just going to pour the cultured paracite on
the liter of water and wait till all the E.coli are
eaten[?]
