Title: What is your most romantic Valentines experience?

Well with Valentines upon us, I am curious.. I have never enjoyed

Valentines romance so do tell some sweet tales from your wonderful days with your sweetie???

Maybe your favorite valentines date or most romantic Valentine???

The best Valentine's Day I remember was the first 1 after my divorce because there was no-one to nag me when I forgot it.

The greatest experience would probably be this very year. Since my bf is traveling on an African expedition and will be gone on VD, we treated ourselves early.

In Jan he got me a puppy  [;D] (which I think I mentioned in a previous VD thread.

Then we went to PPG Zoo & Aquarium where we had the loveliest time being immature and educating ourselves at the same time.

After that we had ice-cream (yum) and played mini-golf in the snow!!!

I don't know really. I wouldn't care about myself, it's just as long as it made the other person feel special

Nice Valentine.. Mine too! Sarah was earlier.. she was on the 6th not the 14th.. but it was fine with me... she is lovely and she has been my best Valentine 26 years yesterday! She just arrived 1 week early!

In 1987, on the banks of the St. Marks River, underneath a full moon that reflected beautifully off the water, my husband proposed to me the day before Valentines Day...on Friday the 13th.  He tried to wait til Valentines Day, but the river that night was the perfect setting for a proposal.

Almost 21 years later and I'm still trying to decide if it was the most romantic Valentines....or just another typical Friday the 13th.   [;)]
