You need to focus on very expensive or niche  stuff because you are in competition with people who work on a massive scale.
Artisan statues maybe?

It's always nice to learn that someone can turn their hobby into a business. So good luck in this journey. But don't forget that before starting the activity, you have to register your business. I will leave you a link to a great resource [nofollow] for those starting out a business.

There are a variety of uses for aluminum. It depends on which one is closer to your heart and which products you will be able to sell more easily.
That is, it depends on whether there is a demand for aluminum products in your area.

Some areas you could focus on are jewelry (if you add other materials like stones and beads to add more value), home decorations, some automotive parts (like engine parts, brackets, and wheel spacers), tools like custom wrenches, pliers, and hammers. Then you can try selling your creations online through platforms such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon Handmade. You can also sell your items at local markets, fairs, and events.

Sorry for the delayed response.
I did not read this before.

The OP mentioned Melting & Casting aluminium.

I was hinting at the probability of exposure to the fumes that would arise out of the Melting process.

Also Casting would require handling melted Aluminium.
A chance of spill over or contaminating the surroundings might occur.

Thou, i do Understand the OP seems to be Interested in these Things & has been doing them since awhile, hence Experienced.

But i felt now they wish to continue doing it as a hobby, possibly in their backyard or garage or dungeon(lol)

Industrial safety standards & restrictions are Definitely much higher compared to a Hobbyist at home.
(i might be Totally Wrong in my assumptions)

I do Wish Eric would give Pottery a Chance, perhaps a Second one, or a Third!

While practically anything in the air is likely to cause harm, aluminium just isn't very volatile and doesn't fume much.

There are plenty of real risks, but fumes from molten Al aren't very high up the list.

Even if some aluminium vapourised it would be oxidised immediately to the highly insoluble al2o3 which is harmless. Maybe Zero is thinking of zinc which despite being an essential nutrient can cause metal fume fever.

No i wasn't thinking of Zinc.
Was just Unaware of the nature of Aluminium fumes.
I thought burning Al creates white toxic smoke.
Which if inhaled, would be Lethal.
Thank you Both for the Clarifications!
