Hi. I want to start my own business to make and sell specific chemicals, and I created a chain of reactions so Im not going to waste chemicals after each reaction occur.

I want to make Ammonium perchlorate in the lab, as it is cost same much as my final product, of course i will have other products, but it is one of the very expensive reactive i need to add at ratio 1:1.

 Is there any none difficult ways to make this at home?

I have a gas cl2, from the first reaction, water, some acids i can make or purchase.

Ammonium perchlorate is not directly made, it is obtained from sodium perchlorate by a metathesis reaction. The required sodium perchlorate is obtained from electrolytic oxidation of a sodium chloride solution using a lead dioxide anode. I should point out that in Europe sodium perchlorate is now illegal to possess unless one has a license, which apparently is extremely hard to get. PS: one is supposed to lodge a question in the title of your post, ie "how can I make ammonium perchlorate?"

sodium perchlorate is not that hard to make it, need some water, salt and electricity. I guess this one is used to make weapons and explosives or solid state rocket fuel. But what if I get this as a product after reaction making for my product?

I think you will find sodium perchlorate quite difficult to make unless you have a professional anode, which is not a cheap item. I have done it small scale(~300gm) using a home made anode and it is not easy.

Despite the Pepcon debacle neither the us nor the eu classify ammonium perchlorate as an explosive the last time I checked. It is actually very hard to initiate but when it detonates it is considerably more brisant than ammonium nitrate. In the eu sodium perchlorate which is not explosive is proscribed while the potentially explosive ammonium perchlorate is not! As regards toxicity the perchlorate ion will mimic the iodide ion in the thyroid leading to hypothyroidism if ingested regularly.  Late correction: finely divided ammonium perchlorate is classified as explosive.

But to me a Residential Zone does Not seem like the Right place for the planned activities.

Actually neither ammonium nor sodium perchlorate represent a severe hazard unless one is careless. Of much greater hazard is the manufacture of the necessary anode which requires a saturated solution of lead nitrate with a dash of nitric acid and cupric nitrate-this is a highly toxic witch's brew.

Applications
The primary use of ammonium perchlorate is in making solid fuel propellants.[10] When AP is mixed with a fuel (like a powdered aluminium and/or with an elastomeric binder), it can generate self-sustained combustion at pressures far below atmospheric pressure. It is an important oxidizer with a decades-long history of use in solid rocket propellants ? space launch (including the Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Booster), military, amateur, and hobby high-power rockets, as well as in some fireworks.

Some "breakable" epoxy adhesives contain suspensions of AP. Upon heating to 300 ?C, the AP degrades the organic adhesive, breaking the cemented joint.

Toxicity
Perchlorate itself confers little acute toxicity. For example, sodium perchlorate has an LD50 of 2?4 g/kg and is eliminated rapidly after ingestion.[5] However, chronic exposure to perchlorates, even in low concentrations, has been shown to cause various thyroid problems, as it is taken up in place of iodine.
