Hi guys,I hear that question a lot, because people apparently don't know what to do with themselves. Don't get me wrong for saying this, but there a still things you can do. To give you some examples:- start reading books, articles or the newspaper- train you body (physically and mentally) --> walking, jogging, running, go for a hike, meditate, do bodyweight excercises, practice visualization, improve your bodys mobility by stretching your muscles,....- find the time to finally eat healthy and learn how to cook easy and quick meals- clean your house/flat/room from all the stuff you bought and only keep things that give you meaning or something elseThese are just some ideas I came up with.
