Title: Do some atoms remain in the body for life?

I was wondering if any atoms remain in the body throughout an entire life (from birth to death).

I'm guessing most of the atoms that comprise nerve cells would stay fairly constant. Perhaps some atoms in bone as well, but I'm not sure.
