Is there any possible, theoretical or hypothetical way for either Neon or Helium to react with another chemical?

ya Krypton and arsenic can combine, but i heard that that was the only one that reacts

I'm not sure of these two elements, but I know that scientists have succeeded in combining Argon in to Argon hydrofluoride (HArF). The compound is not very stable, and I would call it more of a forced combination rather than a reaction.

If it is possible to react neon helium, I'm sure that it would be even harder than argon due to the lack of shielding.
