Reminded me of Ralph Peters 'The War in 2020'. In it the Russians have found a way to 'torture' a new type of super computers. It's very readable, and a far cry from reading Tom Clancy, which books more reminds me of some 'squared of' Asimov of 'wars and terrorism'.

It's a possibility. If you gain self awareness then there should be a possibility of identifying concepts that will lead to harm and evolve inputs that warns you. But I think what moved you in that, was the noble poetry of our doomed comrade :)
