Because every persons health is different from one another. Age is also a matter. Many people has diabetics so they need some more time than others to recover from any disease.

The primary reasons are post-operative immunosuppression variables/differences in glutathione expression, decrements in HLA-DR expression on monocytes and resultant bacterial elimination dynamics by neutrophils, skeletal muscle protein synthesis variables, differences in whole-body nitrogen balance, muscle glutamine-loss and differences in whole-body nitrogen balance.
