alright guys, i tried dicoflenac and nsaid antiinflammatory drug in one of the research papers, i used it at night so i can go right to sleep i woke up the next day no fatigue. My prove i went to work about two hrs early on about only 5 hrs of sleep. Usually am rushing so every minute counts and usually about to be late to work. Since it works so great the first night time i tried it again on the second night and still no fatigue next day 8,30hrs of sleep. In normal pois i should have paid dearly for it. The nextime i try it i will try two big O's back to back(that is a killer). if this drug keeps working i am going to be convinced pois is all immune system.
I also get very sensitive to light and sound while in pois in addition to being more vain and concerned about my physical appearance. Recently I've begun to think that the physical symptoms of pois might be related to how the penis becomes hypersensitive to touch immediately after ejaculation except with pois all the body's senses become elevated.

I started a few days ago with a 12mg [Silodosin] "one-off" dose, waited a few hours, had an O with no fluid leakage and no POIS.

It's delayed by a day or two. Mostly anyways, one time I started shivering and had the flu at the exact moment I had the O.I've not had fever in POIS for quite a while, but runny nose and weak vision always occurs, I also get speech issues such as stuttering and stammering whilst in POIS and my normally deep voice becomes that of a prepubescent teen lol. POIS is very strange like the gentleman in the latest POIS paper by Dr. Waldinger, I too have a photo phobia I get very depressed and my throat tightens up upon someone taking a photo of me, and it becomes difficult to breathe, must be psychosomatic, it's pretty extreme. Apart from hiding under pseudonyms and avatars, I personally, genuinely don't have any photo's of myself anywhere, I burnt all of them some time ago, I never had this problem when I was younger and before POIS.I don't have very many pictures either and get annoyed when people take them. I don't know why. Very interesting. I should clarify that "photophobia" is hypersensitivity to light, not hypersensitivity to photographs. I've noticed that I have extreme cases of photophobia while in POIS. I can hardly open my eyes on a sunny day. It's even true on somewhat cloudy days. It's literally painful.I believe Waldinger also mentions acousticophobia, or hypersensitivity to noise. This also happens while I'm in POIS. Hearing my cellphone beep or ring makes me want to smash it with a hammer. I get very angry very quickly, which NEVER happens while I'm out of POIS.Very true for me also, whenever I'm out of POIS, I love music, it helps me concentrate and focus a little better when I'm doing work and whilst driving it's a must. The other week whilst in a heavy bout of POIS the phone rang pretty loud and I started a panic attack where my heart was pounding and fluttering, it's very hard to tolerate high noise levels in POIS, that's a symptoms that isn't hightlighted but seems to be common in quite a few of us.
