If you assume the speed of light is the ground state of the universe; state of lowest potential relative to all inertial references, the question is much easier to answer. The bias of the current traditions, places the inertial earth as the unspoken ground state. This leads to confusion and convoluted logic to justify this tradition.
As an analogy, sea level is the ground state for all the water on the surface of the earth. It does not matter if the water begins as rain in a cloud, begins on a mountain or hill, or begins in a river or stream, or even whether the water is static in a pool, or in motion down a water fall. In all cases, all the water seeks the same ground state; sea level. The ground state is the same for all references since this is where the potential become zero.
In the traditions, we define the big hill; earth, as the zero state. If we assume the earth is V=0 and speed of light is V=C, it seems to make sense. However, it seems odd to common sense, that everything is not ending up on the hill. For some unknown reason, light stays at the speed of light and does not slow and stop on not the hill. This suggests there must be something giving energy that extra push, so it does not stop on the hill. Convoluted explanations appear to make the hill seem a sound choice.
All the forces of nature give off energy; at the speed of light, as the forces lower potential. The forces of nature are moving matter back to the sea (C) level. The water in the river of energy, is moving inertial debris back to sea level; activation energy.
It takes a little getting used to, but once the use of the C-level ground state becomes second nature, you can do things with a fraction of the effort. You can also eliminate variables, since you don't needs these to twist logic into a pretzel to explain things that students can't grasp with common sense.
If you look at gravity, mass causes space-time to contract. At the speed of light, space-time contracts to a point. Even gravity reflects movement toward the reference of the C-level. If we use the earth as the ground state, it is not that simple. You will need pretzel logic and extra variables.

I learned that light travels at the same given speed no matter if a light source is static in a fixed place or the source is moving towards you in that same space.
What is it that decelarates a photon that is emitted from an object moving toward you with say half the speed of light to come back to exactly the fixed speed of light.
in other words, the photon would leave the lightsource at half the speed of light in order to arive at your position with the exact lightspeed , or am i seeing this wrong?
So 'something' must slow it down otherwise it would arive at one and a half times lightspeed.
What is this 'something'?

You keep posting picture after picture, you are not producing any sort of theory that is understandable to anybody but you. I recognise some of your ideas yet some of your other stuff is just not understandable. I do not believe your English is poor, if you can read English you can write English, all your drawings are in English, all your quotation is in English . I do not think you really understand what you are saying and are hoping you get lucky and a scientist recognises something.
Try slowing down a bit , try presenting better.
