Health question here. Can anyone tell me what a styrene(monomer)if aerosolized, and passed through a flame, what it may convert to chemically? 

Any help would be appreciated

Assuming the styrene soaks up enough energy from the flame to initiate a reaction, I would suggest that it will burn to CO2 and water by reacting with oxygen from the air.

I'd agree with Chris. I also suspect, if it's anything like the polymer form, you can expect to see a plenty of soot and generate some strange aromatics.

I gained extensive experience in this field some years ago by "flying" the flaming wrecks of plastic model aircraft out my bedroom window into the sand pit in the back garden.

- He does say monomer, so the combustion might be expected to be more complete thank for the polymer (agree whole-heartedly on the sooty smoke for that!).

One of the characteristics of unsaturated hydrocarbons is that they burn with sooty flames. Styrene is very unsaturated so it will be very sooty.

Acetylene is also unsaturated.

You get soot in open air.
You get good combustion with concentrated oxygen, or perhaps forced air. 

An option for clean hydrocarbon burning might be the intentional formation of coke which can be filtered out and disposed of.
