Clearly as flies go he's the dumbest !!..doesn;t realise he can actually fly !!
But all his compadres are pretty good at it !...so where do they all go at night ?..and do they have a nest or dwelling that they return to ?...or do they just spend their time living a wandering life ?...if so..how far does the average fly travel in it's rather short life ?
To help me, I collected a thousand flies and put them through my neighbours letterbox in the hope he could answer my question.....to keep them all relatively close together I piled about twenty of James's potty contents through the letterbox too !............
.....He must have been delirious happy, because I could hear him crying then laughing then crying again ..then laughing !...I am so pleased to have brought my neighbour such tears of joy that I plan to repeat this gift twice weekly !
Still, he has not answered my questions !..perhaps he just does not understand Morse code via banging on the wall at 4am every night !
so, can ewe help me with my fly queries ?
Thanking ewe and luffing ewe all !
mwah mwah mwah !!

They live in your deep fat flier
Well, I'm convinced !!
Thanks Dr Beave ! [::)]
-
They spend all night dive bombing my ear and then when I put the light on they continually singe themselves on the light bulb.
-
Do they come from a larve of some kind.. I always thought they were in some way connected to maggots for some reason!
I did find this and think its funny!

I think that only the French Flies live there.

If you pulled the wings off that fly, would it be called a 'walk'?
-
I don't know about female house flies, but it seems that male house flies do patrol a territory and defend it against other males:

I doubt that flies build nests.
