I have a strange fascination with music, and I would love to know what your 3 favourite songs of all time are?
Don't worry if its a song that is not popular, because as long as YOU love it then that's all that counts.
I'll start with my 3
-Waiting on an angel - Ben harper(live at mars concert)
-The boy's gone - Jason Mraz (Live on Earth)
-Secret smile - semisonic

I wouldn't even know where to begin...

LOL :) Give it a try, just concentrate really hard, you will be able to choose. I know there must be hundreds, but think about how they make you feel inside, and then you will see which ones are your favourite..

What a bizarre concept! I could probably list 100 or so songs or pieces of music to put 'up there'.
Being a bit of a fan of the album format, I will give a first-go for top 3 albums instead ;)
Versus - Pearl Jam (IMO every song fits perfectly)
Dark side of the moon - Pink Floyd (heh, apart from The Final Cut they're all good)
Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness - The Smashing Pumpkins (biased by being a student then!)
-
oh the albums or how about bands from that interesting time of self experimentation
carter the unstopable sex machine
beastie boys
and of corse rage against the machine
(sorry i thinks iv just been mugged down nostalgia ally) who can forget james

(sorry i thinks iv just been mugged down nostalgia ally) who can forget james
now have two songs oscillating in and out of my head - "sit down" james and "love will tear us apart" joy division. normally I would be annoyed to have tunes stuck in my head, but i can make an exception for such good songs

just came back from work... awsome play list
tom jones and sterophonics, mama told me not to come
nina simone my baby just care for me

TUNES good one all of them guys

I decided I can't really answer this properly. It's like to say your favorite colour or favorite fruit. It all depends on what mood you are in and it changes over time.
But hey...
"Un bel di" from Madame Butterfly (Puccini)
"Myfanwy" (Joseph Parry)
both of which make me cry every time I hear them performed.
Otherwise lots of stuff by Nina Simone or Joni Mitchell.
Hundreds missed out though.

There's nothing quite like a blatant commercial. Here's a little piece our "baby" boy cooked up. (BTW - he is playing all the parts.)
