The research shows that mitochondrial DNA looks like bacterial DNA to our immune system causing a reaction. I wonder if our immune system has a reaction to mitochondrial DNA from the meat we eat.

Don't think so grizelda. DNA in our food gets digested and reduced to building blocks that are used to synthesize our own DNA in new cells.
