It was a fork of Windows Me, called Windows Crack (most addictive OS ever.) It was quietly dropped when all the alpha testers died. Bill was hit hard, joined the unification church, was briefly married to a Zorka from the planet YYKZ (pronounced yikes.) Glad to say he's alright now and quietly raising goats in his big house.
