Just had a yummy cherry yoghurt. The only reason I like it is because it's artificial cherry flavour, I don't like fresh cherries all that much. Was just wondering if anyone else has artificial flavours they prefer from the real McCoy. I know that lots of children post war didn't like real bananas since they got used to mashed parsnips with banana extract. [:D] Plus why would people find the extract or artificial fragrance more appealing??? Do they add in generic addictive additive E31137 or something?
I love Cherry Coke to, considering there aren't many other fruit flavoured cokes... is cherry a special case where lots of people are drawn to it? If so why?

I love cherry coke too !!..have you tried Vanilla coke ?..that's really nice...and there's a lemon coke too !...and that's ghastly ...yeucchh !!

Yeah im not to keen on the other fruity cokes... I don't know what it is about Cherry though... I have cherry menthol gum, cherry coke, cherry yoghurt, cherry nectar (reduced cherry juice with artificial flavouring) I have all of this stuff on a daily basis. It's a complete addiction!

The artificial flavours often don't actually taste like the real thing. Also maybe you like the fake ones like cherry yorgurts more that the real thing because even though they have a similar flavour to the real thing, maybe you don't like the texture or something else of real cherries

I confess to being nut. My favorite drink is water with about 5% balsamic vinager. It bites and quenchs my thirst. I got the idea from reading up on the romans. I am sure the acidity did help with the germs, but I am on a low sugar diet so it helps.

I also think that fresh cold water is the most refreshing drink ever....but I'm keen to try the balsamic vinegar !!...sounds ghastly, but I'll give it a try....cheers

I like water, but tap water is rank. The stuff here in Plymouth makes me retch... I tried boiling and refrigerating it, but it still tastes like a used chemical toilet. I get a stomach ache after drinking it to. Even a cup of strong tea doesn't get rid of the taste!

I've never tasted a used chemical toilet but I know what you mean [:D]....could it be that the water needs softening ?...I have to say that the tap water here in north London is fine !

I too love cherry flavored products, I hate cooked cherries with 1 exception sour cream white cake with cherries baked on the bottom, I love fresh cherries the best bags of them.. I also love cherry lifesavors but I hate those chocolate covered cherries with that sickenly sweet oozing yuck around the cherry! LOL Cherry coke Yummmy I also love Black cherry soda!
