If a flash is only seen by one person, it might be phosphenes induced by focussed gamma radiation (how do they do that, I wonder?) in one observer. That wouldn't register on a video recording either, but it might be detected by a legally blind subject!Agreed, but the OP seems to be referring to frames on the video ď That is the very last frame before we see the power drop out, the frame before the last is any frame pulled from the video that night... but on the last frame, we see a patch of light appear with the lights still on stillĒ
What is unlikely is that the time on the recorder would change. If there really was a missing piece of time you would expect the video record to show a continuous time code and for the image to change abruptly.
