This is a little like something I was mulling over a little while ago, and never found any conclusive answers on. Can space be viewed as a material? Ie can a photon passing through free space, be viewed as being absorbed and re-emitted by virtual particles? Thus maybe re-producing a wave effect via a jittery movement through space from virtual particle to virtual particle ? .
0 spin connotes zero angular momentum
sub elementary particles in the space/time fabric are in a ground state
being without spin they take on the bosonic characteristic of being able to share space/time/location
as such, 0 spin sub-elementary particles in the space time fabric, or virtual particles, drift in and out of the space/time fabric
their instantaneous existence is a byproduct of sharing space/time/location, a characteristic of multi dimensional, 360 degree, bosonic force
however, being in a static ground state they lack the force to achieve enough angular momentum to achieve a chiral spin
spin would be the catalyst to align these sub elementary 0 spin virtual particles into a stationary "fermion" condition
that would absorb and remit photonic light
0 spin particles deflect electromagnetic radiation back onto itself, making them undetectable
this deflection of light would cause a ripple/wave effect in the space/time fabric.
this ripple effect is a 360 degrees effect, meaning it pushes forward, backwards and up and down.
it expands the virgin space/time fabric and reinforces fermion gravity via a bidirectional compression of bosonic force

You quoted me in the OP, I think I may have found my answers in Quantum Electro Dynamics QED https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_electrodynamics, which might actually also be Q.E.D. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Q.E.D. :)
I am guessing by sub elementary particles you mean virtual particles, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_particle
By Ground state you mean zero point energy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero-point_energy
Then you lost me.

This is possibly a simpler link on QED pertaining to the double slit and what I was pondering.

Interesting.
Do you plan to mention photons (with spin =1) at any point in your "new photon theory"?
