What is causing this stream of water and bubbles?

Can you tell us more about this: where was the video recorded? What is the tract of water we can see in the video? When did this occur?

I recorded this, this morning at 6:45am. Its a man made lake connected to sea.
At al khan, Sharjah, united arab emirates... you wont probably know that...

I just wanted to know what could this be like what are the possibilities

It looks very much like an underwater spring.
Is the water warmer or colder in that area? Do you know anything about the geology of the area?

Its normal.. i wud say colder
Not really sure of the geology..
I was thinking if it cud be any kind of pipe pushing water outside due to some reason..

What I was getting at is that if the sea is connected to the lake and the tide is coming in - in the sea - then it may be pushing water into the lake via some kind of conduit that is producing the upwelling you have seen.

Underground channels are quite common between sea and lakes close to the sea. Might expect it to stop as tide goes out. However, Sharjah is on N side of a peninsula restricting flow out to the gulf, so pressure might build up when persian gulf is draining into gulf of oman. Would need details of local flow to be sure.
