Why do astro-artists consistently portray Saturn as visible from Titan's surface

One would think that people that specialize in astronomy illustration would know Titan's atmosphere is the opposite of translucent. That is why, like with Venus, super-sophisticated measures are required to get a glimpse of its surface.
