Title: How to create a small black hole

If one was to take a positivly charged solid sphere and put it inside of a positivley charged hollow sphere could you increase the power of the outter sphere enough so that the smaller sphere would crunch inwards indefinatley? could this form into a black hole? And what would happen next?

idk im just wondering what would happen, would the repulsion of the like charges be enough to push the sphere in the middle to a singularity?

Plus wouldn't the outer shell have an equal force applied and therefore try and explode? Wouldn't it be better to try and attract enough charged stuff to get critical mass?

to create a black hole u would need a massive implosion.
i belive that star might just do the trick.
any ideas of how??
