U can say that light does not have edges but it gradually fades as radiation decreases and then u can't see any visible end

If not buried dead body will just start decay.if brunt ashes will decay.if buried decay faster I guess...so at the end everything decays down in the sand and then grows back as tree or a plant I guess.... Consciousness dies with and when brain does
