Lithium inherits Helium inherits Hydrogen etc. etc...

Taking this further, Og inherits Ts inherits Lv .... inherits Lithium inherits Helium inherits Hydrogen. ie. Og is a type of Hydrogen atom.

In computer science, if Class A inherits Class B, then I can reference Class A without any knowledge of Class B yet still interact with Property X of Class B. So, in Class Og I can reference the Inherited Hydrogen atom (at the base of a 118-occurrence inheritance chain) as Proton (0).

The Periodic Table is an Inherits hierarchy in disguise. Lithium inherits Helium inherits Hydrogen etc. etc... Backs up my theory that everything in reality is a type of Hydrogen atom.

Also corresponds to the binary nature of the universe, where each element is related to a single base element.

IF electron shells were abstraction hierarchies, shells would go 1, 2 ,4 ,8, 16, 32 etc. etc... electrons and in this configuration, carbon would have 3 full shells of electrons. making it very stable and useful for organic molecules.

In 4dabstractons shell 1 would hold a different type of electron which would contain the state of the electron abstraction hierarchy., leaving carbon with a full shell 3 and the ability to form 4 covalent bonds with e.g. amino acid groups. Electrons 1 and 2 would be more abstract than electrons 3,4,5,6. and processes electron events.

It is interesting in 4dProtein, the top electron is actually a 4dStar (central System) that contains the Carbon Ion and therefore protons, which are squashed up and slow compared to the Carbon electrons which whirl around quickly, far apart near the edge of the carbon atom/system and thus electrons could be energetic protons with opposite charges.

There are also properties according to related elements and Periods and Groups that will come into it. I am learning how these poperies relate to particular elements according to their atomic number.

The Og element is going to inherit possibly thousands of properties from all the elements in the periodic table. No wonder it is "Heavy"!

No wonder also that the heavier elements  are so unstable!

The massive number of properties and events happening in Og due to inheritance would make it a difficult element to program and control!

Difficult but maybe not so hard to program given Og interacts only with Ts and the interaction possibly automatically traverses the whole periodic table one element at a time.

An abstraction hierarchy derived from the Periodic Table will be so revelatory, I am sure.

I see what you're getting at! You're right that the presence of an acidic group (the carboxyl group) doesn't make the entire molecule an acid in the strictest sense. The term "amino acid" is more about the molecule containing both an amino group and a carboxyl group, rather than the whole molecule being acidic.

Actually, it is a Carbon Atom, not an Ion, so this name is not appropriate.

If you have a substance, dissolve it in water, and the resulting solution has a pH below 7, then it is an acid.

In general, the presence of amino acids in water can lead to a slight change in pH, but it won?t drastically turn the water into an acid or a base. Instead, they help to stabilize the pH.

Here is the basic creation of a Leucine System in the 4dAbstractions Protein project. Common Amino Acid functions (not shown) are present in the AminoAcid namespace. The code creates an Abstraction Hierarchy with a Carbon System at the top and the Amino Acid Groups at the bottom. Events raised by the Groups as a result of state changes are processed by the Electrons of the Carbon.System (also an Abstraction Hierarchy), whilst the Carbon. System Electrons control the Groups via function calls.

The code will be common to all Amino Acids except for SideChain.System code which will be unique to each Amino Acid.

With the simulation of Leucine in 4dAbstractions, I had two alternatives for the solution. Leucine.System which was a specific simulation of Leucine; or AminoAcid.System which was a generalised solution. AminoAcid.System can simulate ANY Amino Acid. Each solution has its pros and cons which will determine the circumstance where a particular solution will be chosen.

Is the situation found in Reality? Maybe💡'real" Reality would use a Leucine.System (specialised) solution, whilst "imaginary" Reality (e.g. a hypochondria) would use an AminoAcid.System (generalised) solution.

Actually, in Leucine.vb in 4dAbstractions, the Leucjine.System class Inherits the  AminoAcid.System class- a very common pattern for implementing Derived/Base (specific/general) class relationships in Visual Basic. Extending this atter to Reality, we possibly have "real" Amino Acids (Leucine, Glycine etc.) being derived from the AminoAcid.System class in the brain - wild but possible.🃏

Actually, the Base/AminoAcid.System class is mainly about constant data and the Derived/Leucine.System class is mainly about variable data.

So, in a photon-less universe, your brain will be programmed with a reference to the TV in the current room and a reference to the TV in next room. There will be programming to only react to the current TV if you are in the current room. Your brain will then react to a pixel that is activated. etc. etc. The only issue is how a reference is originally created. I am sure some time in the future, quantum physicists will come up with an answer. The point being that with quantum physics, everything, everywhere and all at once (great movie).is possible and movement is mainly that of state (in waves).
In fact, the programming of time-independent references is likely to be the biggest challenge for the quantum programmer/physicists of the future.
