Gender Experiment by Tavistock and Portman versus Nuremberg Code Interpretation.
With notes compiled by Kodie Moon.
(1)The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be
so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that, before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject, there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person, which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
(1)THE NUREMBERG CODE vs The Tavistock Gender Experiment Code - Interpretation
Most of Tavistock’s subjects are autistic. Children as young as three (perhaps two) have been referred there. They have no interest in adult subjects (unless one takes into account the hidden subjects i.e., emotions and behaviour of parents). There has been deceit (bare in mind only from what I know and I’m no expert here), on account of them providing additional medication without explicit consent nor full available data.
(1)The Tavistock and Portman Interpretation on causing children to become sterile and their practice of child genital mutilation:
’Our children are struggling to know how to live in today’s world. Unprecedented numbers are being diagnosed with mental health disorders, medicated, or are facing a crisis of identity. For nearly a hundred years the Tavistock and Portman has been at the forefront of exploring young minds.‘
(2) The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
(2)THE NUREMBERG CODE vs The Tavistock Gender Experiment Code - Interpretation
The notion that a transition from either sex to the other is false. The term ‘transition’ so often used by Tavistock and clients is not a definitive term in the sense that there is no transition to the opposite gender, it just looks that way. The word is highly misued. Given that the notion is one put out there by an experimental body, for which subjects are put through highly unnecessary procedures under the guise of treating gender dysphoria and therefore originates out of misconduct (I mean, if you go to the Doctor to present a spot on your face and the doctor begins looking downstairs then he would be in a lot of trouble), then these experimental subjects are not in the interests of society.
(2)The Tavistock and Portman Interpretation on causing children to become sterile and their practice of child genital mutilation:
‘The Tavistock’s gender service is the country’s only NHS-run gender clinic for children and young people with gender dysphoria – a profound distress caused by feeling they’ve been born into the wrong body. With transgender issues and stories rarely out of the news, the gender specialists have seen a 100% rise in referrals, but still understand very little about why children feel this way. Led by Consultant Psychologist Dr Polly Carmichael, the gender team have to decide whether or not to prescribe controversial drugs to children and teens.’
(3)The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study, that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
(3)THE NUREMBERG CODE vs The Tavistock Gender Experiment Code - Interpretation
I’m sure I’ve read more than once that this experiment has never been tested on animals.
(3)The Tavistock and Portman Interpretation on causing children to become sterile and their practice of child genital mutilation:
‘While one mum must grapple with losing her daughter, she must also give consent to give 11 year old Matt hormone blocking drugs to stop him becoming a woman.’
(4)The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
(4)THE NUREMBERG CODE vs The Tavistock Gender Experiment Code - Interpretation
The experiment in no way achieves this. Transitioned people kill themselves, before treatment parents are mentally bereaved. Subjects have been injured chemically, whereby statistics have seen a rise in suicidal thought following hormone blocking treatment.
(4)The Tavistock and Portman Interpretation on causing children to become sterile and their practice of child genital mutilation:
‘We try to help young people and their families cope with distress, and to reduce it. We aim to understand the obstacles standing between young people and the development of a more settled and confident gender identity, and to try and minimise any negative influences from these obstacles.‘
(5)No experiment should be conducted, where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
(5)THE NUREMBERG CODE vs The Tavistock Gender Experiment Code - Interpretation
The statistics show a rise in death. The increase in transitions show an increase in sterilisation.
(5)The Tavistock and Portman Interpretation on causing children to become sterile and their practice of child genital mutilation:
‘Our preferred route of referral is through a local Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), who will have completed their own holistic assessment.
‘However, we do also accept referrals from other health, social care, and education professionals, including directly from GPs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept self-referrals from young people or their families.‘
(6)The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
(6)THE NUREMBERG CODE vs The Tavistock Gender Experiment Code - Interpretation
This is where the lack of regard for these subjects become clear. Tavistock remove children’s genitalia in order to treat an anxiety issue.
(6)The Tavistock and Portman Interpretation on causing children to become sterile and their practice of child genital mutilation:
‘If you are asking about why you are questioning your gender or why you feel that you are transgender, then the honest answer is we do not know exactly why this happens to some people. There are lots of ideas and theories about why but when it comes to something as complicated as gender identity nothing explains things 100% for 100% of people. What we can say is that there are likely to be a lot of different factors that shape you as a person. Your biology, your personality, your life experiences and thousands of other things all add up to make you you.‘
(7)Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
(7)THE NUREMBERG CODE vs The Tavistock Gender Experiment Code - Interpretation
Genital mutilation.
(7)The Tavistock and Portman Interpretation on causing children to become sterile and their practice of child genital mutilation:
‘As a service, we keep in mind the different ideas and theories people may have about why they feel a particular way. It’s impossible for us to have one theory as we see so many different people, with so many different experiences and hopes. In some families, different family members will each have different ways of understanding things. Rather than trying to work out who is right and who is wrong, we value all of the different ideas that you and your family might have, and will think about which ideas are going to be most helpful in supporting you.’
(
The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
(8)THE NUREMBERG CODE vs The Tavistock Gender Experiment Code - Interpretation
It’s unfortunate that this interpretation will sound like a pun, but sick/not fit for practice.
(8)The Tavistock and Portman Interpretation on causing children to become sterile and their practice of child genital mutilation:
‘Many young people tell us that they are less interested in why they might have a particular gender identity, and that what matters more is getting the right help or support for them and their future.‘
(9)During the course of the experiment, the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end, if he has reached the physical or mental state, where continuation of the experiment seemed to him to be impossible.
(9)THE NUREMBERG CODE vs The Tavistock Gender Experiment Code - Interpretation
When the body acclimatises to the amount of melatonin (hypnotic), induced by cross sex hormones, or discontinues medication, the subject becomes aware that a reproductive organ is missing, or has a flashback about childhood dreams such as fairytale wedding where supposed bride/groom were asab (the assigned sex at birth) because, in the subjects haste to follow a whimming trend, forgot about childhood thoughts and dreams and then realises their mistake as soon as the neurons for those previous memories make a new memory.
(9)The Tavistock and Portman Interpretation on causing children to become sterile and their practice of child genital mutilation:
Whatever anyone thinks, we believe that you (you, 2-16 year old) have a right to feel or identify the way you do and you have a right to be supported (be given experimental and controversial medicine and invasive surgery) in this, whether this changes or stays the same.‘
However, it must be added here, that just as the word ‘transition’ is untrue to which Tavistock places its’ context, the word ‘detransition’ is the same. Tavistork are unable to replace a real, healthy and working reproductive system and ‘transition’ from either gender to the other is untrue.
(10)During the course of the experiment, the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgement required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
(10)NUREMBERG CODE vs The Tavistock Gender Experiment Code - Interpretation
In the even that the concern is death or disability, there might be a larger than average chance that the subject would never be able to reproduce, a bit like when a fisherman throws a tiny fish back into the sea.
(10)The Tavistock and Portman Interpretation on causing children to become sterile and their practice of child genital mutilation:
‘Prejudice and stigma often result from a lack of understanding, a lack of knowledge, or from misinformation. Many people simply do not know much about what it means to identify as gender-variant or trans. This can lead them to make assumptions and to over-generalise and say, “I’ve heard that all trans people are like *this*”. Sometimes when there are very strong stereotypes around about a particular group, those individuals can sometimes start to believe the stereotypes too. At times, this can mean that trans and gender-variant people also have thoughts or beliefs which are negative towards trans people. They can also develop very fixed ideas about how to be transgender or gender variant, as if there is only one way to do this even if this doesn’t quite feel right for them. This can then lead to people feeling ashamed about their gender identity and unhappy with themselves.‘

Some notes, from BBC News, on the outcome of HRA investigation, what the HRA said and Tavistock and Portman’s welcoming remarks:
An official review by the HRA into the conduct of the study, has cleared the researchers of any wrongdoing.
It found that researchers worked "in accordance with recognised practice for health research" adding that in some areas they were "ahead of normal practice at the time".
Puberty-blockers study under investigation
Transgender kids 'need help from all sides'
Transgender teen care 'needs regulation'
The Tavistock and Portman Trust welcomed the findings. A spokesperson said: "The early intervention study was undertaken after nearly a decade of consultation with international experts, was fully approved by a research ethics committee and has followed good research practice."
(Please note that before each of Tavistock and Portman’s interpretation, a reminder has had to be put to keep the reader focused upon the fact that the issue lies within child genital mutilation and causing child sterility. Their lengthy explanations have the power to make many people forget the issue at hand - along with the fact that there is no mention of sterility and mutilation).
Do you suppose that the reason that the Gender Experiment for kids has not been forced to a close is because of Tavistock’s lengthy wording which does not include notes about child sterilisation and mutilation? Do you think that the wording itself could be hypnotic for the majority to read?

Concerning section (9)THE NUREMBERG CODE vs The Tavistock Gender Experiment Code - Interpretation, melatonin is an increasingly prescribed medication for young people with sleep issues - particularly for children with autism. I am aware that the melatonin medication will be more likely to be prescribed by a GP, nevertheless, I know of at least one very young child in Australia who had been prescribed melatonin and then sent to the gender clinic for a full transition.
