Is it possible to create a soap bubble floating in air which is a toroidal vortex (doughnut shaped)?

I don't see how unless it was held in place by external bubbles that maintain it's toroidal shape....like the way you see square bubbles inside a collection of other ones !!..I think !!


......unless.....I can think that if it was possible to create one with a machine and have it so that the bubble is rolling ...like a smoke ring !!

......beware !..........I'm guestimating here !!...but it would be cool if it could be done !!

It seem that they occasionally appear but are very rare and I do not think they can be produced to order.

Q: Is it possible to blow a toroidal soap bubble (one shaped like a ring doughnut)? 
And if it is, would it collapse immediately to a sphere?
Could its life be prolonged by spinning its surface, as with smoke rings?
