Title: The danger of the solar activity and how to monitor it?

The Earth’s climate is heavily affected by the amount of energy radiated onto Earth by the sun. The amount of radiation from the sun influencing Earth and the way in which this radiation is distributed across the various seasons and latitudes around the Earth, is directly influenced by changes in solar activity. Most scientists consider satellite technology the most effective way to solve this issue. What do you think about that?

Depends what you mean by "solve". It doesn't help to see the train coming if you are tied to the rails. 

Early warning of charged particle radiation might help to shut down electricity grids and suchlike, but you ain't gonna rotate the earth's axis to even out the heat.

There is a problem that the Sun does not always radiate equal levels of brightness. It takes 11 years to fulfill just one solar cycle, varying in brightness with the ability to dim throughout this time. The appearance of the sun and its activity varies through each solar cycle, causing the levels of solar radiation emitted to increase and decrease.
So there is only one way how manage with that problem. It`s to use satellite technology to forecast the influence of this activity on the Earth’s climate.

The sunspot cycle has been observed since the 17th century, and agricultural records go back a long way before that, so I think the "problem" has been "solved" as far as practicable.

It is a matter of interest to ham radio operators and astronomers, but I've never heard it described as a problem before, any more than the 24 hour day or 4 annual seasons is a "problem".

The variation in the Sun's output due to sunspots is about 0.1%. Big enough to measure, and big enough to make a small difference to the weather etc.
Hardly a "problem".
