Title: Pylon Wires???

Hello
I NEED to know how they get the wires on Pylons from one Pylon to another.  Iv'e asked random people over a period of time and no-one has a sensible answer.  Do You Know???

Basically, the same way you would string a washing line. The cable is fastened to 1 pylon, then pulled tight and fastened the other end. They have to be strung at the right tension; too tight and they could break, too loose and wind could cause them to oscillate dangerously, or snow could cause them to sag too much.

Obviously, mechanical equipment is used to tighten them & measure the tension.

It's pretty straightforward really.
