Title: How do trees "bounce back" from being bent under snow and ice in winter?
Post by: melaniejs on 05/03/2020 12:20:48
Jon has been wondering..

How do trees recover from when they have been fully bent over fully under snow and ice (tip top touching the ground), to be straight and vertical again by the next summer?

Does this vary with tree size /species?

Can anyone help Jon out?
