I'm not a cannibal, but if I was, I don't think nationality would influence my choice of target.
-
It should. American missionaries are banned from some menus because they contain too much cholesterol. Cornfed chicken, orchard pork, organic beef....why not choose your long pig for its garlic content?
-
It still shouldn't be nationality that makes your decision though. You could examine the content of their innards to see if they had a healthy diet and then decide whether it's safe to eat them.
-
I thought this poll was, BTW about favorite foods. Why must some people always want to nitpick?
-

With that objection in mind, why didn't you suggest what your choice would be. Alan and myself were completely fine with presenting our preferences outside of the choices the OP had listed. If you don't agree with the choices listed, fill free to add your personal favorites.

Nitpick? The OP said:-
And i was bored.
That looks to me like an invitation to play.

With that objection in mind, how can it make any sense to select a nationality?

You should be able to determine from what I said, coupled with a bit of knowledge relating to the idea that eating predators is bad, that eating a vegetarian would be a good option for a sensible cannibal. As I said though, I'm not a cannibal, so it's a side issue. I only brought cannibals into the conversation because all the options on the menu implied that you had to be a cannibal to take part.
As for what I actually eat, that's a complicated discussion because most foods make me ill and the range of safe ones is diminishing.

Shouldn't be all that complicated because,
the range of safe ones is diminishing.
as you say; "the range of safe ones is diminishing."
Should simplify creating a list of your favorites.
-
It is complicated, because I can't eat a lot of my favourites, and because they're no longer edible for me they aren't really favourites any more, while the stuff I can still eat doesn't qualify in the favourites category either. It's getting to the point where an intravenous drip is an attractive option.

I'm saddened to hear that David, I hope things will improve for you in the future. If I had known about those difficulties you seem to be dealing with, I would not have been so sarcastic with my remarks. Good luck my friend...........................Ethos

It's not as bad as I've made it sound - it's only IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), but it means constant pain as just about all foods react badly. I recently added oats into my diet as an experiment and it seemed okay for a few months, but it slowed everything down and led to something toxic being created that made me feel drunk all the time and almost shut down my circulation. So, no more experiments from now on - I'm just going to stick with a diet with next to no fibre in it. It may not be healthy, but the alternative is more dangerous.

Due to a slight error on my part, I broke most of my teeth.............. when I tried eating a cannon ball!
Soup is now my favourite only food.

I see voting closes on 9th. Oct 2017 or in US 10th. Sept 2017.
I shall accordingly give due consideration to the question and give my verdict on 8th. Oct 2017, or if I happen to be in the US of A, on the 9th. Sept 2017
I suspect it will be between English, French, Indian and chocolate! (https://www.thenakedscientists.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.sherv.net%2Fcm%2Femoticons%2Feating%2Feating-chocolate-bunny.gif&hash=11cdb106cc35ab6ebbfee6fe4e4e36d5) (http://www.sherv.net/)

I went to a Japanese restaurant run by Su Lin.
I mistakenly thought Su she was the cook, but I got a raw deal.

LOL!!
But I heard that the canned soup variety has much less cholesterol...

No raw deal! Su simply doesn't cook anything...except the books.
