Don't know, I doubt it though. The brain synthesis the information coming to it, all to often manipulating it into 'false memories' containing stuff you're prepared to swear too, but still being wrong. There is ideas about memory engrams', 'chunks' of memory containing a lot of different impressions, tactile, taste and vision, that can be triggered, by just seeing a color for example. Those might have to do with how the brain handles information. As you only remember what you remember whatever you remember, that will, to you, seem to be your 'whole life'.
It's a hard proposal to prove :) And not trustworthy.
