Title: norwegian spiral

This strange new technology is pretty darn cool to look at but what in tar-nation is it?  To me the media is clearly lying about what it is, that is defiantly not a missile.  The cover up is awful it's like they are openly saying this is a cover up so deal with it.

But I think that it's a large "cathode ray" other wise known as an "electron beam"
this is a picture of what an electron beam looks like.

                  (https://www.thenakedscientists.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.davidpace.com%2Fimages%2Fstories%2Fphysics%2Fbeam001.jpg&hash=aee682a58717a482c60fa245ea394bc8)

if your not familiar with the electron beam then this link will give a good example.

I think what is happening here is that they are literally are shooting a big electron beam into the sky and it is producing clouds around it do to the ions effecting the moisture in the air.

But why would they do it like that? whats the point? weather control? propulsion? weapon? portals? aliens? what could they be doing with a big electron beam?

I think they don't even know yet, I bet that all of these things are probably possible applications in the future but for now they just wanted to see what they could do with it a simple test. But IDK if anyone is good at this cathode ray tube stuff your opinion would be epically appreciated.

Cathode Ray Tubes are evacuated (vacuum) : no air inside otherwise they wouldn't work.
So the Norway spiral cannot be an "electron beam" as it occurred in air

An electron beam will travel quite well from a negative electrode to a positive electrode through a vacuum, with the return path through a wire.

However, the center of this spiral seems to be well up in the atmosphere, which makes it hard to provide a return path via a wire. It must have originated in a rocket.

Electron beam emission soon halts unless you emit an equal number of positive charges; due to the relative masses of electrons & protons, in practice it is much easier to accelerate protons or heavier positive ions, and then neutralise the ions by adding electrons.

Electrons will spiral with constant radius around magnetic line fields. However, this shows two concentric cones spiraling outwards along the path of travel of the source - an outer white cloud and an inner bluish one. It does not behave like an electron beam.

I think it was a malfunctioning rocket.

Something like this?

I have a picture I took of this at about ten to five am one morning a few years ago, it was very fast, the object was above the Queensland and NSW border then went to sea. Swirl cloud.

The USA announced it is nothing to worry about, it is a satellite they launched a few days before. It looked in order, steady speed, no sparks or irregularity...

I believe this was also sighted in the UK, leading to a lot of confused phonecalls.
