I was thinking about a recent theory that our whole world is merely an atom. It -could- be true! Anyway, it lead me to thinking, do atoms have a gravitational pull? I know electrons orbit around the nucleus.

yes atoms do have mass and do produce a gravitational field. However at the atomic level (and especially the subatomic level) this field is negligible as the masses are very small therfore they have a very small gravitational field. This filed is so weak that it is easily overcome by the other forces; strong, weak, etc.
