You must be referring to either centripetal force or centripetal acceleration.

Centripetal force is that force which keeps an object moving in a circle. Centripetal acceleration is the acceleration of an object that is moving in a circle at constant speed.

The term "centripetal" means "center seeking."

Its not connected to relativity more or less than Newtonian mechanics. Why did you bring up special relativity?

That statement by itself is meaningless.

I assumed that the comment in the subject statement meant something. I also assumed that you mean to write centripetal since there's no such word as "Centrypetral". The statement "Centrypetral moving" by itself is meaningless.

So exactly what were you talking about when you wrote "This is reflected in the special theory of relativity on circular motion?"  I.e. what is reflected in SR on circular motion? I assumed that it was what you meant in the subject line since that's the only possible logical assumption that can be made out of meaningless post you created in the opening post of this thread.

I don't understand your question again. What do you mean "STR applies...". SR applies to what? By this I'm asking what are you trying to use SR for.
