« on: 31/07/2020 23:06:18 »This looks like saying that in the absence of change, time is meaningless, and in the absence of time, change is meaningless.The assumption of causal symmetry is one of the vanities of philosophy, which is anathema.
Need to check that I’m not misinterpreting.
Time being what separates sequential events, it is the dependent quantity. Change is not dependent on what we measure, but what we measure depends on change.
