Why is Chris ( Head honcho) still only a forum king. After nearly 20 years surely he should have at least god status by now.

Why is Chris ( Head honcho) still only a forum king. After nearly 20 years surely he should have at least god status by now.
It isn't a function of seniority. It is a function of post count.
You become a forum god when you've made 10000 posts, no matter the high quality or lack of it within the posts. The rank does not have any bearing on whether somebody is more likely to be correct than another, or if they outrank you, such being the case with Chris.

Thank you for the above, I did know all that however .and wasn't looking for a serious reply .
When I was on here many years ago Chris would have taken it in jest and I would have got a reply that would have made me smile . Was just wondering if time and age had changed things.

If you recall, we used to have a "@neilep level member", but that number of posts was so unassailable that we felt it set unrealistic expectations and could also have led to legal action by our being seen as encouraging people to spend an unhealthy amount of time on here to achieve it, so we downgraded it. I am still striving to achieve @neilep level status all the same, but, 20y later, I'm still nowhere near...

Don’t be a stranger. I need to up my game too. However , with Chris being the media tart that he is, I still feel part of the forum every day having seen and heard the Doc so often. Lol.

Hi Chaps . I plan to be around a bit more and have been popping in occasionally over the last three months . Previously my job took over as promotion and money tends to reduce how much spare time you get. Yes I’ve seen how Chris has become a bit of a Tv star and will soon been rivalling Americas Dr Fauci in the Television fame stakes . It’s nice to see some of the old crew are still around also as we use to have fun back in the days. Is Daveshorts ,Jim Bob and Karen still around .

As a sort of noob, I've not ever seen the others.
And yes, I noticed the lighter tone of the old days, especially when sheep are involved.

It’s the skinny legs and high heels, a lethal combination for a sheep. Plays havoc on those knees.

In all seriousness, I regret fully not currently being able to contribute as much as I know I would like to. I am hoping that this year (cant believe its almost march already), will see new life back in the old high heels! I have a lot of questions that needs answering !
