Title: Is it possible to identify the first cell to mutate in a cancer?

Cancer Question....
 
During 9/11, we refer to the site of the World Trade Center as "ground zero"
 
When an epidemic starts, we refer to "Patient Zero"
 
When a cancer starts, have we been able to identify "Cell Zero?"
