Is there any possibility that the Universe ,in its present configuration could actually leak  into (into what?) in the kind of way BHs leak into the Universe (Hawking radiation)?

The universe cannot leak into anything since the is nothing outside of the universe to leak into.  Blackholes cannot leak into the universe, since they are already in the universe.

If virtual particles   can appear and disappear can there be ,so to speak movement in the "opposite" direction?

I don't know what you mean by that.

You say the universe cannot leak into anything since there  is nothing outside of the universe to leak into. However do we know that for sure. I would say our currently understanding of the universe is not good enough to disregard many possibilities , We simply don’t know enough.

It’s possible that what we consider to be the  universe is not the full story . There is also the multiverse theories and also a theory that dark energy could be caused by those multiverses somehow interacting with our universe.

It could be all tosh and like most people know very little on the subject but it’s people asking those questions that leads to new discoveries .

What is morality . Is it a standard that other beings could achieve or solely a human trait or way of thinking.

 Is it possible for an animal to show a trait or perform an action which  we could consider to be a moral act.

I really don't understand why we should be bothered about "animals".

All they do is run about, mindlessly killing and eating each other. Without any care for the cruelty and pain that this causes.

Humans are different, because we do care.  We have moral standards, which make us much kinder and nicer than all the disgusting lower animals.

I look forward to a future, where all lower animals have been eliminated from Earth's lands, seas and skies.

A fully human Earth, populated entirely by humans.  What's wrong with that?

Whats right with that . I think this is just a post by someone who craves attention

Because we can and because in the grand scheme of things there being a second planet with life can only be a good thing for life and it’s existence . And who knows maybe we could introduce enough of a life form that could produce oxygen from the Martian atmosphere which could help us in the future survive on the planet.

Could   we not  introduce a life  form with a specific genetic marker which would allow us to differentiate between an introduced life form and one that may have evolved on the planet .


I would also say we should be doing everything possible to ensure life as we know It has a chance of surviving in as many places as possible . It’s possible we are alone in the universe and if life died out with the demise of our planet which will happen at sometime our existence would have been a waste.

Evan-eu you say the hospitals will explode but we now know a lot more about this virus and how to treat those who get it . Provided we  shield those who are vulnerable what happened previously in our hospitals shouldn't happen again. Not only that locking everything down will cause deaths as people will stay away from hospitals preventing  other conditions being noticed until it's to late


However I noticed there is no awnser to my question in regards to immunity .Do we really become immune if we get antibodies against this virus through herd immunity or vaccination. Or is it more of the case that we can still catch it but as our bodies have a head start we just don't get it as bad . Because if that is the case then it will never be eradicated as there will always be people who can pass it on and therefore it  could in theory be with us forever .
And if it is gonna be with us forever and as we can't keep locking everything down  every 3 months and that approach will eventually stop due to the financial impact  what's the point in us locking everything down again now.  Should we not instead be bold and decide on another way forward now such as only shielding the vulnerable.

Even if that was the way forward however I doubt anyone in a real position of authority would be brave enough to go against the current belief that the only way forward is lockdown .
