Hi ya,
At the end of my daily workout I am sweating profusely !!....and I mean lots and lots !!..In fact ..I am soaked !!!!.......totally.......I reckon I lose at least a couple of lbs of fluid !
.................. it's very salty and I wonder if I am supposed to be supplementing my exertion with something salty or will my body rejuvenate it's salty goodness ?
I'm also on a virtually nil salt diet !...so...where is the salt in my body coming from ?

OH good question... usually people I have met drink those Electra Lite drinks like Pedilite and Gatorade.. but I wonder too if its necessary?
