Title: Do other animals have left and right brains?

I am wondering to what extent the two hemispheres of other animals brains are physically divided?

My limited understanding is that most (if not all) brains in the animal kingdom have a left and right hemisphere, but I would like to know if the hemispheres of other animals brains are as physically separated from each other as the human brains two hemispheres.
