you have a number of choices:
- accept your mummy was right “what if you are in an accident” and change every day
- go commando
- shout “come and get them”
However, I find this admission strange from someone who posted this:

They are the same thing, it is natural to be dirty. However history tells us that what is natural isn’t necessarily good for us.

I just tell my wife that I have even though I haven't is that bad. Only joking if it's not done every day then that is dirty SHAME on YOU.
