OK people had an idea [:)]

How about doing a 'I wanna be england manager T.v show?

You during the off season of the football league, you run the show, so the managers are not busy.

Divide the country in terms of population, then picking out of a hat you allocate each manager in the show a section of the English population.

Each manager than has an X factor line up to select members of the public to play in their team.

Right once each manager in the show has a team they hand picked from the public they then as part of the T.v show play a league, each week members of the public can vote on players or managers performance.

At the end of the league each manager could go through a apprentice style knock out round until you have say two managers left which either the F.A or the public vote on.

I think the T.v show would not only help to find more English/British talent, it should help us get a good manager and maybe even get the country behind the manager; if nothing else should help the F.A get some cash.

You could even offer a an England players position to one of the players in the show. at least we would all see how the manager performs before he gets the job.

Just an idea hope you all like it.

OUUUU I forgot about the radio show so do think the F.A would except letting the English public vote?
