Googling  "rossum model"  "water quality"  seems to produce what you want. Why ask such an abstruse technical question here here?

I have search in Googling with these key words. But any result I hadn't got. So I come here to look for helping.  If you know where I can find these information, please tell me!

Put the following:-  +"rossum model" +"water quality"  including all the plus signs and inverted commas into Google produces three references that should contain what you want I think.  you cmight get more by reducing the restrictions slightly.
