Hey guys i got a few questions about adrenaine and the adrenal glands.

Where are the adrenal glands situated?
How much adrenaline do they hold?
Can i increase my adrenaline level?
How much adrenaline is realesed into the blood stream, when it is needed?
Are the glands vital for the body?

The adrenal glands are where they say they are - above the kidneys (renal means anything to do with the kidneys, hence the ad-renal glands).

There are lots of ways to increase your adrenaline.  Adrenaline is what is referred to as the fight or flight response, so fear or anger can cause a rise in adrenaline.

I don't know that the adrenal glands actually hold any adrenaline, they just manufacture is and release it into the bloodstream so that it will have an effect on the rest of the body.

I am not sure what would happen if you did not have any adrenal glands, but I suspect it would not be healthy.
