Dear Treadmillologists and People Who Do Exercise !

See this Treadmill ? (note the highbrow reading material)

nice eh ?....for a while it was the most expensive coat hanger I had ever bought !

I do a good 60-70 minutes on this every other day......would it be better, more efficient, more ' fitness ' making if I reduced this to 30-35 minutes every day ?

*le sigh*......I just don't know !!...do ewe ?

whajafink ?

If you're trying to burn fat I don't think it matters.
If you're trying to build muscle then resting every other day may be better

Neil or just go for a long walk and run up instead of a funny
exercise machine.

exercise machine.

Thanks Rosalind

But the machine is here and I can go on it at any time I like...rain, snow, hail etc etc........In a ideal world I would probably prefer to go out...
