Hi,
I was looking throw pictures of purple flowers and one picture caught my eye; purple fuchsias. I found them on pinrest but hre they are. Enjoy!

Datura innoxia, the downy thorn apple. Difficult to grow successfully in my climate(Ireland) due to blight attack. This is my wife's hand near the flower, not mine.

Agree. I edited the post to embed the picture right in the post rather than just have it appear as a small downloadable thumbnail at the bottom. That shot deserved more.

This shot was taken about 5 years ago, the one and only time I was successful. I have achieved flowering several times but they were mangy ragged flowers not worth recording.

Toxicodendron radicans, poison ivy/oak from my collection of noxious plants. Not suitable for a regular garden(especially if children are present) or of particular beauty but interesting nonetheless.
