Dear Salmon Rushdie and Salmonologists,

As a sheep , I of course enjoy the finest smoked salmon.....my nearest £pound store does a kilo of off cuts for 20 pence and that is real quality !!

Nice eh ?...being delivered Tuesday !

She's not a happy fishy, *le sigh* in fact she's positively livid !!...she's a wild salmon alright !!


Still, after she's been gutted , cleaned, cured and then smoked for a few hours she will be a very happy fishy.................pretty non responsive but happy nevertheless !!

I have heard many times that wild salmon tastes nicer than farmed salmon !!...why's that then ?

Y'see....I just don't know !!....I want to.....I really do !

Can ewe help me out here ?

Gonna go for a nap in my haddock hammock !
